What material evidence is there which points to the Mother of God as being the Lady with the Crown of Twelve Stars and the moon at Her feet, as described in the New Testament Book of Revelation?

I do not know what you mean by "material evidence." Do you want concrete proof about something that is a matter of faith? Our Lady has appeared on numerous occasions in recent history wearing a crown of twelve stars and standing on the moon. She has revealed Herself in such a manner to us many times. Our Lord provides many wonders as validation and indication of the direction of His will. One example is the appearances of Our Lady at Lourdes, France in 1858, referring to Herself as the Immaculate Conception. That miraculous intercession is a beatific validation of the Voice of God speaking through His Roman Catholic Church, which infallibly proclaimed the Dogma of the Immaculate Conception less than four years earlier. God said from Heaven through the miracles of Lourdes, "I concur!" That divine intercession in France should make every person stop in their tracks and assess their unity in, and understanding of, the Truth, and from where it is flowing. In regards to Her appearances wearing a crown of twelve stars and standing upon the moon, does it not direct our attention toward the Book of Revelation, asking us to consider where we may be in the unfolding of its prophetic text, and whether our souls are prepared for such events? I am convinced that the answer is a resounding yes.
